Expense account defaulted from Manage person

Summary:

We have been using various Oracle cloud modules (HCM, ERP, SCM etc.) and need to decommission HCM.

So now the question is for Expense account which is defaulting in charge account based on Employee.

Can we continue to use manage person screens and default expense accounts? or is it restricted to an HCM license?
