Unable to update the compensation worksheet via 'Export - Manage in Workbook'

Hello Experts,

Is there a way to load the values entered in the 'Percentage of Salary - Executive' worksheet column using the 'Export - Manage in Workbook' feature?

When we attempt to load changes into the 'Percentage of Salary - Executive' column via 'Export - Manage in Workbook', the values do not update or load as expected. However, we can update each cell manually without any issues. We are looking for a way to bulk-update this column and are wondering if we've overlooked something while trying to update it through the 'Manage in Workbook' process.
