Expense Report invoice Showup attachment at header in Payables

When we are creating Expense report in Expenses then we are attaching the Receipt at Expense Item lines level but when we Processing those invoices into Payables then those Attachments will be displayed at Invoice Header Level.

We want that the Attachments should be visible at Invoice Line Level only. How we can achieve this?
