Search and fill fields for Metadata of HDL

Hi,

I have this Metadata for a legacy learning item: METADATA|LegacyLearningItem|LearningItemNumber|Title|ShortDescription|EffectiveStartDate|EffectiveEndDate|OwnedByPersonNumber|SourceType|SourceInfo

I want to know how i can search and fill all these fields for do then a data loader on the system. For example, first of all, the "Sourcetype" info, where can i find it?
