RSSP - Can we set the quantity field as non-editable specifically for punchout requisitions?

This query is similar in nature to one that had been previously posted:

The requirement is to restrict changes to quantities once a requisition has been created in RSSP from a punchout catalog.

However, the answer provided for that post was for the classic UI.

Is there a way to achieve the same result in RSSP using VBS?
