Load/Bulk testing using Concur REST API

Summary:

We have a requirement from client to use the concur REST API using the OIC REST Adapter, to import bulk data that varies arounds 10 Lakh records. If we are trying to hit the POST API for those many times will it cause any performance issues/ Time out issues using the OIC?
