Need to Add 2 'AND' Condition in CVR Rule

We have Cross validation rule created to restrict the company value '310' for specific location '8005' now we need to add one condition; that for that company value where all location is allowed for 2 natural account values:

Initial Rule Created to restrict the company value for specific location for all natural account values:

Now we have added these 2 natural account values as exception with 'Does Not Equal' sign to allow all the locations :

After adding these two-condition system is allowing all location values for natural account value 250000 but system is not allowing the other location with natural account value 330000 because it is in 'OR' condition.
