Update billing charges for the subscription product

While calculating the charges in bill line of subscription Management , there is a requirement from c customer side to update the charges as Billing Charges = Base Price Base Price * Cumulative CPI Adder Rate where CPI adder rate is an attribute stored in the subscriptions. Please let us know how we can achieve that
