Expense Reports are missing in EXM_EXP_REP_PROCESSING

Summary:

We have reports created by the users which are showing a status of PENDING_AUDIT. Some of the reports are missing from EXM_EXP_REP_PROCESSING but are available in exm_expense_reports with status as PENDING_AUDIT. Is there a batch process can that can be run to populate the EXM_EXP_REP_PROCESSING table? Is there any reason why some reports are missing in this table?
