Unable to find supplier responses submitted during supplier registration

Hi All-

We have established a rule set for supplier registration, allowing suppliers to submit responses to the questionnaire during registration. The "Automatically Create Qualifications" checkbox in the rule set was left unchecked. However, after suppliers submit their responses, we are unable to locate the questionnaire and responses. Could you please guide us on this process? Our procurement team would like to simply view the responses after the supplier is approved, without the need for any qualifications to be created.
