PO Distribution Lines with future Budget Period

I have a business requirement to enter a PO with three distribution lines for FY 2025, 2026, and 2027. The budget for FY 2025 has been uploaded. Is it feasible to reserve future lines for FY 2026 and 2027 without uploading the budget amounts for those years, considering the budget periods for FY 2026 and 2027 will be open?
