Need Cloud Account Login Help

Summary:

I registered an oracle cloud account on January 2 and bound a credit card.However, on January 3rd, I found that the e2 machine I opened could not be accessed, and on January 4th, I found that the account could not be logged in.

I've even just turned on the machine, I haven't deployed any programs on the machine yet.I do not know what is wrong with my account, I hope the official can help me solve it.I have not been abusive in any way.

Hope to get an official reply, I personally really hope to get Oracle's official help for programming learners.
