What if a client did not avail of Procurement License.

  1. How or will they still be able to create/manage the Suppliers for AP transactions and other related transaction that requires supplier information?
  2. Pre-requisite to create supplier site is to define as Procurement Agent. Do they still have this setup available if they did not avail the Procurement License?
