What is the source of manufacturer list of values in ASL

Summary:

Hello,

Our customer is planning on using approved supplier list entries.

When doing some tests, they are trying to figure out the meaning of the business type field: Direct/Distributor/Manufacturer.

If the manufacturer value is chosen, we are able to check on that specific list of values. When doing so, the LOV is empty. It seems that this is not looking into the suppliers base.

Thus, how is this LOV generated for a business type = Manufacturer?
