Campaign members and Wait Steps

Please can someone advise on this?

Our company had a 2 week break over the holidays and for that, it was decided that we would deactivate all the campaigns on Dec 20th. But what I did, was to make all campaigns end on that date, instead of deactivating them. (mistake in hindsight!)

Because all the campaigns completed on December 20th, I had to create new campaigns. But now  I realise that the contacts that were in Wait steps in the completed campaigns would not be there anymore.

How do I get a list of all the contacts that were in the campaigns and did not get the emails, i.e were in the Wait steps on December 19th?
