How to allow Line Manager to see Time Cards in all statuses on Redwood Team Time Card page

Summary:

We are testing the Redwood Team Time Card page. We are finding that on the Redwood Team Time Card page, Line Managers can only see "Saved" Time Cards" whereas on the My Client Groups>Time Management> Team Time Cards page, they can see Time Cards in all statuses. How do we update our configuration to allow Managers to have the same viewability on the Redwood Team Time Card page?

However, same user can see Time Cards in "approved' and "submitted" statuses (as an example), on the My Client Groups>Time Management>Team Time Cards page.
