Salary determined by rates-components with different annualization factor (all same frequency)
Summary:
We are exploring whether salary bases determined by rates could solve some of our challenges with salaries worldwide when it comes to the annualization factor(s).
We have several countries where total salary is composed of several components (some are a flat amount, others are calculated based on the base salary). All components have the same frequency (all monthly in our case).
We would need to total monthly salary to just display the sum of the components, but, the annual salary should not be just an annualization of the total monthly salary (it should reflect the total of the annualized components instead-so we don't have a fixed annualization for the total salary).
