Can report schedule can trigger notifications based on the notifications triggered in last 24hours.

Summary:

We have a requirement, where 2 reports are developed. And the first report is triggered manually and for the second report scheduling is required. Is there any way around to see if the scheduled report notification can be triggered based on the notifications that were triggered in last 24 hours.
