Redwood Approval Notifications not working for Core HR or Recruiting transactions

Summary:

Since 24D approval notifications for absence, OTL and talent have now defaulted to Redwood style notifications. But other modules have not - any core HR transactions (personal details, change assignment, hours, terminations etc.), compensation and recruiting approvals also haven't.
None of these notifications are customised.

when are other modules due to have Redwood style notifications? Or should they have defaulted too and we have a problem?
