Eloqua by Zoom - reinstall

I have an absolute doozy of an issue … hopefully at least one of you have this issue … in the nicest way…
So we have multiple instances of Eloqua … more than 3 … and one Zoom company account with several admins .
The issue I am having, is that if the profile is either on the account already, or has been used to install Zoom through Eloqua already then when you are on the app page , it indicates it is already installed. In additon, if you try and reinstall through Eloqua itself, a warning circle comes up and it says it cannot connect to Zoom.
