Demand Prioty in Constraint Plan

I have check the SSD reschedule in Planning,

it is first looking at Sales Orders and then Transfer Orders.

We would expect that system looks at all Order type and reschedule based on requested date. is there any setup needs to be done and How the demand getting priority like sales order first and transfer order, is there any doc available to understand the concept
