Generate a count of employee self service requests for certain employee data fields

Summary:

Is there a way in OTBI to generate a count of the number of times an employee changed personal information data in self-service over a period of time? My understanding is that since the Workforce Management - Person Real Time subject area only contains the latest updates then this would not be possible, but I wanted to see if there is anything I am missing
