Virtual Classroom Attendance Report Job goes Retrying?

Summary:

We are on 24D.

Configured MS Teams Integration and created VILT with Named Virtual Classroom.

Ran "Sync Instructor-Led Training for Learning" process.

An email is sent to the Instructor and the Learner with MS Teams link.

Both followed the MS Teams link and completed the class.

Ran "Sync Instructor-Led Training for Learning" process again.

Ran "Virtual Classroom Attendance Report Job", but it's Retrying and came to Error, but there is no log.

What am I missing?
