Change Order approval pulls terminated Project resource

Summary:

One of our customers has a DFF based PR/PO approval process implemented. The Projects resources are captured in the PO distribution DFF attributes using value sets while creating PO which in-turn are used as approvers in the BPM Document Approval.

The customer is facing below issues with regards to Change Order approvals, any suggestions to avoid brining up the terminated employee would be helpful,

1. When a user leaves the Org, for the existing POs where this person was tagged, if a change order is raised, the Approval still pulls the terminated employee, as he / she is still available in the PO Distributions at the database level. In Front end, the user won’t be listed as the date check fails.
