HCM extract not working as expected.

Summary:

I have an HCM extract which was developed few months before. Now I need to add few additional fields to the existing extract. I have added the new fields, in which 2 fields are defaulted (fixed value). If I ran the extract for "ALL ATTRIBUTES" I am getting all the data including the newly added fields also. But when I ran the extract with "Changed and marked attributes" I am not getting data in the newly added fields. Since the fields are defaulted, it should appear in the extract output.

Can anyone help me here.
