The requirement is that the approver itself should have access to edit or modify the PR he/she approving. Is this feasible?

The business requirement is to have the approver be able to modify or edit the PR once it is routed to an approver for approval. Once the approver notices incorrect information in the PR, the approver itself can edit the PR and do the correction. Is this something that can be done in Oracle?
