Is there any way to autopopulate a DFF based on another field value

Hello,

Is there any way to auto-populate a DFF based on another field value at PO level? For example I want to take add the start date and end date of a CPA and add them to PO line but both are dependent on the Source Agreement field.

If I set a value at Source Agreement, the start date and end date should be populated based on that field.
