How to enter budget journals in General Ledger ?

Summary:

When we receive funds from congressional appropriations we have options in Oracle EBS and Peoplesoft to enter budget journals to bring accounting entries in budget ledgers.. But I don't see any option to enter budget journals in cloud GL to books funds in USSGL accounts series 410000 through 430000.
