We're trying to update rates or adding new rates line for accommodation policy spreadsheet. The policy's status is already active. After upload, all added records disappeared and end dated rates did not took effect.

A message also appear in spreadsheet, "Changes to rate lines were discarded during the upload to prevent invalid rates in the policy. (EXM-630473)".

Can I still edit or update an active expense policy?
