How to override autocomplete rule in object defaulting rule type?

Summary:

We have a requirement to populate Hourly Paid and Salaried and Probation period field based on Salary Basis value stored in Position DFF field.

We created below rule which is working fine but in some cases HR wants to override the probation period. But after manual update and submission of transaction values getting defaulted as per rules.
