Hi Team,
We have a user requirement to create Absolute control over Non-Personnel Budgets. There are 2 groups (Accounts beginning with) - 52’s, 53’s, 54’s, 55’s, 59’s - Non Personnel and 51’s, 58’s, 61’s - Personnel.
The requirement is to have Absolute Control over Non-Personnel budgets to include 52’s, 53’s, 54’s, 55’s, 59’s so that users can only have access to funding allocations within that account group when submitting non personnel expenses i.e., no access to 51s, 58s & 61s.
Absolute control should be at the department level instead of Office Level.
The goal is to have more visibility and control over Non-Personnel Expenses.
