May be way off-topic: Problems trying to register for OCI 30 day trial

I am REALLY new here, just started to learn about and work with OCI and primarily interested in the IAM/Security area. I have been trying to register for the 30 day OCI trial, while I wait for the company I work for to make arrangements, but I have tried to do the registration and failed.

I tried registering several times. I have the impression that the registration does cross-checking of things like email, phone number and credit card info, and I have tried with several different types of browsers and also several emails and cards, but I only have a single phone number, so I think that the registration process is failing because it thinks I am trying to register several users with the same phone number.
