Uploading Document Mobile App

Summary:

When a document is uploaded in a tracking event through mobile app, document is created in OTM with owner type SHIPMENT. On previous app (not web based), OTM was generating the document with owner type SHIPMENT but was also populating "Content Management System Parameters" with the relation of the tracking event ID used for that document upload.

Is there any way to activate that function for the new mobile app or is it possible to link a mobile app uploaded document to the tracking event?
