we need to restrict the hiring manager access to the offers that they are added as collaborators

We need to add some users as collaborator on the offers without giving them access to view the offers under my team → hiring

we are adding them to the offer so they receive the notifications

we have setup the hiring manager requisition security profile to exclude hiring team member collaborators
