Access Group Members - Different results on screen and API

Hello,

I'm facing a situation where an user is added to a Role on Security Console, I can see that the user has been added successfully but it is not present in the list of members via API (https://fa-evik-saasfaprod1.fa.ocs.oraclecloud.com/crmRestApi/resources/latest/accessGroups/ORA_ZBS_SALES_ADMINISTRATOR_JOB/child/AccessGroupMembers)

I have already tried removing and adding the user to the Role, running both LDAP Requests (Send and Retrieve) in Scheduled Processes after removing and adding.

Did anyone pass through something similar or have a guess to help me solve this?
