To allocate n percent of gross salary using global models for budgeting in workforce compensation.

Our client wants to design the global model in such a way that we can select N percentage of the total gross salary of employees, Currently in system we can n percent of total eligible salaries but the salaries are basic salary in the system.

So instead of basic salary can we have an option for n percentage of gross salary in global model for budget distribution.
