Approval Notification not getting removed even after action performed

Summary:

When the manager received notification and acts upon it by either accepting / rejecting or even after the original requestor withdraws the approval, the approval tasks is still shown in the manager's notification. This stays in the list for more than a week and does not disappear even after clicking "dismiss all"
