    Summary:

    Hello, I am experiencing issues and cannot find a solution in the support documentation. Some time ago, due to problems with one of the instances, I decided to delete it. However, I made mistakes (I realize this now... I didn't back then) and I believe I deleted more resources than I should have. Currently, I am unable to create any instances because I don't have the necessary permissions. When I try to create a group or user, I receive the same response. Obviously, this also means I cannot create or modify policies. Could anyone help me?
