Bill To Date in Invoice Text Subscription Billing Summary not getting captured correctly.

We are capturing Invoice Text Description in Subscription Product as below
[$Product Name]:[$Bill from Date]-[$Bill to Date]

But when we are closing the Subscription Product in mid of the month, the Bill To Date in Invoice Text Description not getting updated in Billing Summary.
