Segment invalid in Redwood

Hi

We are testing the redwood functionality, and we found out that in some of environment user experiencing the issue: "segment is invalid" when entering requisition charge account. Could you please advise if there is any process or role that is missing?

NOTE: not all GL string combinations have this error. And we tested to key in the gl string that error in redwood in classic, and the gl string exists and valid. So not sure why in redwood it give the error that the one or more of the segments are invalid.

Also once the gl string is entered in classic, it becomes valid in redwood.
