Display PO contract number in the PO Approval notification title

Hi

We have a requirement of displaying PO Contract number if PO is based on Contract in the PO Approval Notification Title. If PO is not from Contract then no need to display.

I would like to add text " from Contract 1001" in the notification if po is based on contract otherwise keep it as it is.

for ex:

Existing Notification:

Approve Purchase Order PO-4411 for ABC Pvt L.L.C (6,425.00)

Requirement:

Approve Purchase Order PO-4411 from Contract 1001 for ABC Pvt L.L.C (6,425.00)
