How can I retrieve the user-defined columns value of workforce compensation plan into BIP Report

Summary:

We used user-defined columns in the compensation plans and I need to fetch the values of those columns in the report.

I found few help in community with tables like "FUSION"."CMP_CSTM_REGION_ITEMS_VL"

but it is also only giving me the header, not the actual value stored.

Can someone help me with the table, I could get those mapping?
