    I cannot log in to Oracle Cloud and reset my password, but I did not receive an email.

    Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

    I chose "Forgot password" and sent a reset message to email, but I didn't receive the email and didn't see it in the spam folder.

    I Try Request List of Accounts and Services Associated with an Email Address.

    Can receive emails and display

    This account is associated with the e-mail address gaoxun1937@gmail.com.

    I want to know what happened to my account. I need help😭
