Migrate Requisition and PO Approval Rules from Test Pod to Production Pod

Need the ability to migrate Requisition and PO Approval Rules from Test Pod to Production Pod

We have 67 requisitioning approval rules and 56 PO & Change order approval rules based on our design, and each rule has so many conditions, it is time consuming to configure it one by one, and a lot of mistakes could happen during selection/copying/modifying process. Is there anyway to migrate all the rules from our UAT instance to Production instance?

Note: We're defining the rules using task "Manage Requisition Approval" and "Manage Purchasing Document Approval", we didn't use BPM page to maintain the rules.
