Requirement: Is there a possibility to achieve 5-6 Stage for approval in FSM?

The first-level notification should go to all cost center managers directly.

The second-level notification should commence only after all first-level approvers have approved. Second-level approvers in groups 1 and 2 should receive notifications simultaneously.

The third-level notification should commence only after all second-level approvers have approved. Third-level approvers in groups 3 and 4 should receive notifications simultaneously.

The fourth-level notification should commence only after all third-level approvers have approved.

The Fifth-level notification should commence only after all fourth-level approvers have approved.
