OTBI Dashboard only shows Indirect on prompt

OTBI dashboard is only showing Indirect in drop down prompt. Need to be able to choose between Direct and Indirect reports.

Hi All I know there have been a few posts about direct and indirect reports in OTBI. There was a best answer thread on this:

I, like others, am getting the same issue that the dashboard prompt only shows Indirect


One of the answers on the thread was to type in Direct - and this does work, but it is clumsy for the Line Manager to have to do this every time.
