Requisitions not getting created for requested ship date must be on or after the current date

Summary:

While releasing planned orders, the supply lines got error out stating “The requested ship date must be on or after the current date. When the legal entity time zone is enabled, the requested ship date must on or after the current date of the legal entity of the destination inventory organization. Otherwise, the requested ship date must be on or after the UTC current date”.

Planned ordered released for current date.

How do we resolve this issue for to generate buy supply (PR)
