With this move, we know there are some considerations to make for My Knowledge. We need to understand what My Knowledge looks like with Next Gen HR Help Desk. We know there is a Redwood Knowledge available now, but wanted to know if this comes standard with Next Gen HR Help Desk, or if there is a different version of My Knowledge that comes standard with Next Gen HR Help Desk.
