Start Date Change, Internal Candidate who is in HR, Processed
We know that Oracle documentation states that someone in HR, Processed and requires a start date, it must be changed on the Employee Record - not disputing this. (documentation link)
Our customer has found the documentation below and they have interpreted it to mean that they should be able to change the start date in MJO. This documentation is not clear AND it says "making a correction or an update" which we know is the option when using Person Management.
The customer doesn't understand why Oracle documentation would point anyone to Person Management when Oracle has stated it is going away and they are concerned that they are missing sufficient security privileges to "update or correct" within MJO.
