Process for generating W-2PR through ADP

Hi, I'm looking for Information/guidance on generating W-2s for Puerto Rico Employee. We do have three employees working from Puerto Rico. ADP is our partner for generating W-2 and W-2PR. We want to know If we are missing out on any processes or steps in order to get W-2PR generated for employees through ADP.
